Recombinator not in hideout

I'm currently lvl70 in SSF and I haven't got the recombinator yet, in fact I can find it on the edit menu under utility, but when I try to place it down is not working.

I haven't found yet any expedition while mapping (did 7 maps so far), I'm still running T1 maps because I can't find/recombine for higher tier.

I'm doing sumnt wrong ?
Do I need to be patient and wait for expedition to appear on a map ?

Just keep mapping, you will eventually find your first expedition which automaticly gives you access to it in your hideout.

After first week in softcore trade, i started playing hardcore trade and i was lvl85~ maybe 40 maps in already doing t15 maps and doing my last lvl15 corrupted nexus, before i encountered my first breach in my maps.

So, the variance is quite massive.
