Character stuck in infinite loading screen when entering Atziri Temple

Hello Grinding Gear Games Support Team,

I am experiencing a persistent issue in Path of Exile 2 where I am unable to enter Atziri’s Temple.

The problem started when I was kicked from a party exactly while my character was loading into Atziri’s Temple. Since that moment, the game gets stuck in an infinite loading screen every time I try to enter Atziri’s Temple.

Important details:

This happens with multiple different Atziri Temples (newly opened ones).

It also happens with different characters on my account.

All other areas and content load normally.

Changing renderer (DX12 / Vulkan), clearing caches, and restarting did not help.

It seems my account might be stuck in an invalid instance or zone state related to Atziri’s Temple after the party kick during loading.

Could you please reset or clear any stuck instance or zone state on my account related to Atziri’s Temple?
