Massive Latency Spikes

The game has basically been unplayable for the last few days. First it runs fine, then the latency begins to spike until it completeletly freezes the game. My network runs fine with a 250Mbit bandwidth and from what I am getting many players seem to have the exact same problem. Has this even been acknowledged yet? I understand that things like that might take a while to fix but at least let the players know that it is being worked on.

the most annoying thing is, that GGG doesnt react at all.

I have massive spikes the past few days. Most of the time unplayable.
It's not my connection.

Gateway: Frankfurt

Update:
I switched to Gateway: Milan and it became much better, almost no spikes and all in all playable. Frankfurt is still the same.

Maybe this helps someone else...

Same issue here - California server, constantly hitting 15k spike into crash every time I hit a new zone. Idk why I bother to keep trying at this point
