Launching with Steam - Not Responding - Need to launch the game 10+ time

Been having this bug with 0.4 where the game get a black screen when launching with Steam and i get the error from windows Not Responding.
When looking at GPU usage the game not using anymore when that happen.
the further the season advance the more try i need to launch the game, and i dont close the game until i go to bed to avoid this problem to.

Visually if the mouse pointer stay visible i know the game will launch properly but if i get the blue circle windows loading 95% chance it wont start. been force to look at CPU usage and after 5-10sec of not using any i know it wont start and i can close.
