Curse spell skill bugged

I cant use any curse spell on my wand after some time.
I was using Elemental weakness + Doedre's undoing for mapping.
For the second time this league not my build just stop working for no reason.
I cast the spell the same thing I do for the past 40+ hours this league my character do the cast animation my hp goes down and nothing happen.
Last time it happened I ask on reddit nobody have a clue so just gave up and changed the build.
After some time, I change back to this build again and it work just fine.(I guess that I changed the wand I use)
Is this not happen for anybody else?

Ok, I'm gonna confirm that the bug persisted with your wand.
I borrowed the other wand from my friend, and it works now.
