network spikes..... ........!!!!!!

3 days in a row I have problem with network spikes... !!!!!!!
this problem it's not on my side
action what I did:
clean shaders - without solve problem
settings capacity on shaders on 100GB - without solve problem

My connection in other games is without problems and from what I've read here, this problem isn't unique to me.

Could someone from the POE team start solving this problem?!!!!

now I tried play POE1 on same server FRANKFURT and without problem...
definitely is problem on POE2 servers.
