Bog Witch - No Spirit from Skull

Act 3: Standard
I just beat the bog witch on my druid character. She dropped the skull and when i used it, i did not gain any spirit. I am still at 30 total.

I have tried going back and killing her again but no luck.

I did the quest during this, talked to Servi and completed it normally. Just like i have done with other characters. I have also tried signing out and signing back in.

Is my character bricked? Or can i get that lost spirit?

Do you have the Lord or the Wilds keystone, which halves your spirit?
