I cant get into kingsmarch i just get stuck on the bridge

I play with my dad on coop every time we get to kingsmarch i cant enter player 1 just gets stuck on the bridge with a invisible wall blocking me out. its been like this since the 4th act came out ive made 3 reports. if i try to take a portal we just look back were you start out in act 4 and the portal disappears. if i try to just the waypoint same thing i just get teleported back to the starting point in act 4. please help i really want to play the game with my dad again without just making new characters repeatedly.

Someone messaged me on how to fix this, its a known bug but still it cant be fixed is really disappointing.

This has just happened to me. Is there a fix or a way to get around it? The campaign seems to be bricked.

For anyone finding this in the future the fix is that the coop partner needs to enter the game on their own and go to Rog to get the charter map and then take it to the captain. Once both players have independently done this, the bug should stop happening.
