Controlled metamorphosis bug

I have Controlled Metamorphosis and I cannot remove it from the socket. I've triple checked there were no allocated points being used. restarted client multiple times still can't remove the jewel. I've also tried to use another Jewel to exchange it in the socket.

And where fix or solution? i can`t complete my byuild more week
