Citadel Showing as failed even though boss has died.

Completed a few different citadels, with no irriadiation on them using Visions of Paradise Precursor Tablet.

after killing jamanra/genor (not had it happen with doriyani yet) i cant reopen a new instance there, even though my portal says completed over the top of it, and if i open a new map somewhere else it now shows failed on the citadl ive just done.
