Bugged death? Why am i dead?

im on Interlude boss fighting Lady Elswyth & Thane.
I killed the lady in 5 seconds and walking towards thane. Then the next second im dead. I have Full ES still Is this a bug or something? can i appeal this? This is on HC Last bumped16 февр. 2026 г., 19:12:41
