Omniphobia boss act4

Hi I've ran into some sorta bug I guess where the boss in act 4 journeys end Omniphobia doesnt show on quest map and I also haven’t gotten the last 2 skill points from that boss which is what I'm missing. I’m lvl 96 and have endgame unlocked but for some reason its bugged and i’ve tried everything I could to fix it but nothing worked.

" The book is given by tujen in kingsmarch after completing that quest, it doesnt drop from omniphobia. Did you talk with tujen in kingsmarch? |
