i am having trouble logging in keep getting the message FAILED TO ENTER INSTANCE multiple times when i do get in cant enter maps get the same message and end up at login screen when i do get back in after multiple attempts cant leave the map get the same failed to enter instance message trying to return to my hideout end up at login screen customer service is a joke they basically said we dont give a damn not going to assist you ,you are on your own hellava way to run a company in my opinion the CSR i texted with would rather see me go to Diablo4 than give me assistance i have the text messages to prove that statement right now poe2 is in an unplayable state for me and i cannot get help
