Please stop telling me to defeat the architect

Every *few minutes* of play I get the new quest pulsing button thing at the bottom of the screen, the one with the icon that looks like a train spike, saying "Find and defeat the Royal Architect". I keep clicking on it to remove it, and it keeps coming back. It's really aggravating.

Have you tried killing him

I wasn't level 78 or whatever you need to be to proc a level 75 temple yet. I have got there since and ... It's still happening. Sometimes I get the "reach Atziri" one but I just got the architect one again. It says I defeated him but I need to re-do it at level 75, which is false, I've done that already.

Disable quest tracking in options might help.
