Level +8 wand can't be used

I got a wand with level +7 on all cold spell skill, and then used a HEDGEWITCH ASSANDRA'S RUNE OF WIDSOM, system tells me 'You can't use this item, its stats will be ignored.'

No, only one. The +7 is the stats of staff natively.

Your currently equipped wand has that same rune.
Are you specifically unequipping that wand first, then still seeing the message on the new wand's tooltip? Can we see a screenshot of the new wand's tooltip? Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.

" " Thats not the staff i saw the first time i checked the link, you also tell me it's +7 natively but ninja shows +5. He had 2 hedgerunes and the staff was +7 with that rune (pretty sure it was the unique cold staff too), same rune on the wand hence the error msg. I made mistake when crafting it, the +7 was removed... But the bug is still there, please see the following url:

You have two +1 runes socketed in your staff and wand, but this is limited to one. Yes, for some reason, this doesn't allow you to use the rune even in different weapon sets.

yes unfortunately the +1 runes socketed limit stands for all the wearing weapon.
You can not have +1 per weapon sets, that's feel not logical as you can not use both weapons set at the same time. It is the limitation of the limitation, a combo limitation :) |
