Vaal Temple

The Vaal Temple in the campaign will not activate in the Temple of Kopec. I tried it twice and it acts as though I have not killed all the mobs, I have I assure you. I am level 44 and the area is level 42.

Can confirm it is just the Temple of Kopec. I went to the next area and it was fine. Maybe because it is multilevel it is wigging out.
