Grinding docks to around 80. What can I find?

Is there still quite a bit compared to maps I can find that's worth currency? I only have around 50 rarity, but can clear docks around 2 min. Atm my gear isn't that great for maps, not enough res, or ES. Jw if I have capability to make some really good currency farming docks, or if it's worth for me to far maps if I'm wanting to make currency as well. Though I'd say I probably get xp 3-4x as slow in maps than in docks, simply because I have to be very careful.

I think docks can drop the same items as most other areas with similar area level. The key here is your farming speed. I have not noticed docks being any easier or harder than level 66-67 maps but that probably varies depending on build.

Astral plate with good mods is always nice, but I'm no expert on trading in PoE.

I think I also noticed the ordinary currency drops were frequent but did not find anything special.

Probably just a matter of persistence.

I do recall finding a unique or two in docks, nothing too high level yet.

Overall I prefer lunaris 3.

Docks or Lunaris are perfectly fine. Any item lvl 60+ with good mods is worth currency (ES chest 500+, Chest with high armor/resist, high damage weapons, etc). Lunaris is better imo for the simple fact that you have a chance at dropping lvl 68 items, but it doesnt matter much.

You need to realize that if farming docks until 80 was a way to "make good currency" then everyone would do it rather than maps. You can get lucky... get a good drop... but there's nothing special about the docks that would make it a particular place to search for a particular item.

He farms Merciless docks with 430 rarity. He uses gear and support gems to get there.

I'd recommend using support gems at the very least.
