20% Flask Quality = Scroll Fragment??

I used to sell these for glassblower baubels but now their scroll fragments?? Is this intended?

Quality of flasks need to equal a total of 40% to get Glassblower's Bauble.

I think he's talking about single 20% flasks, which use to sell for 1 Bauble each.

Yeah, I know what he meant. But I think it was with the Anarchy/Onslaught update where it needs to be at least 40% total quality now.

The recipe only worked with whites; are you guys selling Magic flasks?
