Tempest shield and patch 0.11.4

SO as must of us i am w8ing here bored to death for the new patch , my gmt is +1 and its nearly 1 am here but i thought it would be worth w8ing a few hours so at least i could let it download and fall asleep happy , at least i thought so.

The thing is after i checked the patch again i saw something regarding tempest shield i didnt really notice the first time .

Tempest shield can now generate more than one charge per skill use

this seems to be a significant buff to tempest shield , `at least thats what my sleepy mind thinks` .I really love that skill , use it in all my chars and i have a 40 exalt dream build (yea i know i know but i have done 1/8 of the road already :D) based around it so i would really like to know what does this exactly mean . A small doubt in my mind is telling me it may have something to do with being attacked really fast or by multiple enemies , maybe in the past when this happened the skill failed to deal damage for all the attacks blocked . Alpha guys / GGG can u give me a hint? i know i wouldnt sleep at all and w8 for the patch if i dont learn it now :(

edit: meh nevermind , lamest thing ever tho but it got me all pumped up for nothing

it has to do with power charge on crit , apparently before if tempest shield was linked with pcoc it couldnt generate more than 1 charge for whole duration of the tempest shield . Confusing choise of words from GGG ye :/

Believe me when I say that's still plenty useful. Getting 50%+ Crit Chance on that isn't hard, so it can easily keep the Power Charges up for a good long time.
