The stat states...+2 melee weapon range per White socket.



So there must be a recipe or way to make a weapon have white sockets. Not saying it is an Albino feather but theres some way to get white in weapon or gear.

Maybe it is for using tabulasa rasa as a combo?

The weapon only goes by sockets in the weapon.. Otherwise it would reach over 250% IAS.

Why? Aside from the developers trolling (this game does a lot of trolling) they may be future-proofing against some pending, not yet implemented plan.

Besides, even if there were a recipe you know it'd cost 100 exalted orbs or an inventory full of map-only uniques or something.

only the weapon sockets get the buffs so even if you wear a tabula you wont be able to get the extra dmg (i belive you can only roll white sockets on that sword with chromes)

I'd say the weapon itself can roll white sockets. Just need chromatics, no recipe!
