runtime error c++ crash to desktop

SO, it's normal act 3 first map (before the camp). I get the error on almost every 2nd run.
this is the error that pops first:  then it gives me C++ runtime error and finally crash to desktop. |

have exactly the same problem at the same map , act 3 first map before the camp every 2-3 runs .. the same error :)
