POE - Taskbar Always on Top - POE Game Window Under Task Bar

When path of exile loads up its appears under the task bar, meaning that I can still see the task bar even though the game should be full screen. I click on the game screen and then the game window goes ontop of the task bar like other games.

Is there is a fix to this, or do we have to wait for a patch?

just change to full screen or normal windowed mode.
