+% HP target for Witch Totem Build with IR ?

As the title says, whats a good +% HP target for a totem (raging spirits) build that also has Iron Reflexes ? Is there a better mitigation than IR for Witch/Totem build ? MoM probably requires EB which costs too many points (Ancestral, EB and MoM are really spread out).

EDIT: This would be in the Beyond HC league.
