You realize this isn't Diablo3 right?
There's something wrong with your PC however because of the number and types of crashes you were getting. It's not normal. Even if you were able to install it at this point, I'm not entirely sure it would work right based on the other problems I'm seeing. Edit: and we still need the dxdiag export. " You didn't give us what we wanted because what we wanted was NOT the bottom of the DxDiag, but actually the top. If you were to give us the error (and we asked for them), we would want the PathOfExile specific errors from the Windows Event/Error log.. which isn't showing up at all in what you gave us. Your PC is clearly not functioning properly since you have a LOT of random errors showing up in what you gave us. If your PC were working as it should, you wouldn't be getting those errors (or the installation error). What we asked you for was the DxDiag.exe export. You chose to make an inaccurate assumption on what we were actually asking for. I'm just trying to help you get this fixed. If you want to be difficult about it, that is your choice, but don't expect anyone to just come and try to help if you aren't being forthcoming with the information you have been asked to provide. We can only help you if you help us help you... and you do that through providing what we actually asked for... multiple times. If I wanted the error logs, I would have asked for them. |
