Daggers too OP

I thought this was a discussion of why daggers are considered op not RMT or whatever. Instead of bickering and all that bull we come together constructively to give GGG a thread of suggestions reworks etc worth considering?

The constructive ideas I submitted were to bring the op weapons (not only daggers) down to a reasonable level where not everything in the highest level of content with 6 ppl in party can get kinda one shot by one person (talking of map endbosses).

Then the guys come and say I wanna kill the fun for others which is obviously not a legit argument as I showed up the points why this would be instead good for the game and the fun of playing this game in the endgame again. 1 Shotting everything is no fun (only for RMTers again). I tried to find reasons for why they are denying what would be good for the game as they didn't deliver any legit or plausible reason themselves other than I wanna kill the fun for others and imbalances in endgame don't matter (which they in fact and provenly do). RMT came up as one of the things fitting in the profile very well overall.

Even the fact that ppl say the guy is a mfer supports this further. Mfers don't care about charackter development (91 max after 18 months) and having fun in the game with building a strong as possible charackter and playing it as high as possible. They get only fun from mfing items that they can possibly increase their jsp wealth further with in the end. I don't know a single player in my friends list that I can assure to be legit that finds any fun in mfing and is doing so. It is commonly agreed (again) that mfing is not fun but kind of work in poe. Ppl who invest other resources than ingame resources into the game are more likely to burden this work on their backs in my level of cognition. The high level guys I play with all do not mf at all and basically noone else as well that I know better (excessive mf as the guy is being described, not some casual every here and then mf with some mid mf what kind of everyone does or did sometimes).

Still, this only as an explanation on what things I base my opinion. Lets get back to the question please why the game shouldnt be balanced around a reasonable level that allows challenge and fun in endgame and prevents steamrolling and oneshotting everything in 78 maps that could as well just called map races. Why do you wanna keep the balance as is now that allows some builds to steamroll all the content and others to struggle with all the same content?

Wouldn't poe actually be much better if endgame groups actually needed to look and care for which auras are being used? Wouldn't poe be better if some charackters could deal with certain content better than others (melee vs ranged, aoe vs single target) and those on the other hand being superior at other things? Wouldn't poe actually be better if the choice of charackter would not initially determine how far you can get in the endgame by a large amount? Wouldn't poe be better if the choice of weapons and spells a player decides to use would scale kinda equally when increasing the level of gear for these builds equally?

I didn't read through half of this thread because of the back and forth pattern its following. Honestly surprised you took matter of preference into your thought but maybe consider your putting a little to much focus on the RMT and stuff. This game like many leaves room for whatever each individual can and wants make fun out of. I felt two handed to be underpowered but through thorough build planning i am in the works of my coup de grace build using a two handed sword i am fairly confident is going to trump end game content considering i was running a level 70 area at level 64 main skill only being in a 4 link averaging 700 latency. RMT is entirely separate leave that area to GGG. Not trying to be a dick but i get in arguments resembling ones like these with my brother constantly so i have a tendency to seal as many loose ends as possible and look through my oppositions viewpoint. But failing to understand your opposition whether it be through pride manifesting into ego or arrogance inepts the communities feedback. Like i said earlier its mostly auras and spell block. GGG actually heavily nerfed it with the change in aura passives and snapshotting but thats also dented people who only use 1 or 2 auras but the dent is significantly greater in these what is considered "op builds". A few tweaks to other base weapon types and maybe some further mitigation of spells other than phase acrobatics may be in order. Honestly im jealous of their op i can't lie it makes me kinda angry i don't have it but then again im also happy i don't blow that much money or time on a video game and i am having fun with my two handed sword as i am sitting and still have room to upgrade. Just play the game and forget about everyone who is not you. Shit i found an exalt earlier i used on a belt everyone would call me crazy for but you know what i don't really care about the perpetual rat race this game is being masked with. But then again that is my preferences views and understanding. So can we all call it good make up and maybe have sex with each others couches and get back to supportive feedback?

Sure dude. But this is not going to happen with guys in the discussion that deny what obviously would be good for the game for unknown reason and justify it with weird stuff like that I want to kill the fun for others. The exact opposite is true.

The game is not more fun in its current state of only one model of charackter building is dominating it all (map clear speed, map boss clear speed, atziri clear speed) that is crit, crit weapon, aoe and mostly ranged. What is with all the weapons that do not have increased base crit on them? Should they remain being 2nd/3rd tier? Is the reason I am writing all this because I wanna kill the fun for others?

Jesus i must put some points in accuracy rating i ain't hitting anything in the majority here so to speak. I'm done with this thread not to be a dick but everyone is in their alpha mindset and not the omega. It's seriously simple stop making it complicated.
