CPU Lag 100% Usage CPU after 2.3

I don't know what happend. But suddenly i can't play the game either. As soon as i start the game application even if im not playing only in menue. It raises to 100% and don't stop. No other game does this for me. I have an i7 3.3ghz cpu.
