I was thinking something lately. Maybe the solution to all this 'crap uniques' trope is to just hang a nice, big sign on each one of them 'LEVELLING UNIQUE' - 'ENDGAME UNIQUE'.
Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.

The ironic part is there is no way the user can cast a spell skill at all while the armor is equipped. They could just remove that line of text and it wouldn't effect the armor in any way shape or form.
