This thing is better than people are giving it credit for, especially for HC. Low armor (eh w/e we have 10 endurance charges so we don't need big chest armor). No spells (eh w/e we use a big frig off 2 hander with life leech / vengence). No curses (eh w/e Fortify + end. charges + high life will do fine - Enfeeble will have to sit this one out). Not broken but not bad for a specific type of build. Just a bit limiting if anything. "The key to winning any fight is simply staying alive." Maybe the ‘spell’ gem tag of Immortal Call Phase Run Blood Rage will be changed into ‘Cast’,they did it on Det Dead. Curse on hit maybe available for applying.
