Question. I'm gonna be using this for Betrayal.

So, when starting a fresh char, what are the things I need to do first? I always die as Templar (Literally rushing game, not doing sub quests. Wanna get to those Shaper guardians fast) but I'm leveling along the way. Like hit level 3 after Hailrake.

Whats a good way to survive, like what items to buy from Tarkleigh other than movement speed boots, and what other gems to buy from Nessa to help soothen this experience?

Should I buy 2 axes, or 2 claws? Should I buy 1 claw and 1 shield, or 1 claw and 1 stat stick?

Till u got Claws nodes - use any weapon that have nice roll, remember about wendor recipe:

Weapon with (40 to 69%) Increased Physical Damage = Weapon x 1 + Blue or Rare Rustic Sash x 1 + Blacksmith's Whetstone x 1

Try to priorize Eva or Eva+Armor gear, but it may be difficult cos in rush its hard to find correct sockets - links - colors

dont forget to use flasks: Stibnite + Jade + Enfeeble should make ur unkillable

He is. Roots are mandatory for that fight. Grab yourself a rare helmet with resists to balance what you'll be missing from your resistances. There's no way to do that fight because a slow typically follows a hit and lots of things just one shot you regardless of your LGOH.

I did Uber Elder easily with 95k per projectile (no POB trickery). That was down from 170k where I would normally map with. Which is just stupid overkill. 100k/projectile can handle everything in this game. Once you attain that, you should be focused on defenses.

Ideally, if you can get 100k/proj and 8k life with 3k armor, you'd be nearly immortal.

So the way i see it, the single target damage will be the same but the clear may suffer a little from less balls/ spread.

My main question is though how will the reduction in balls affect LGOH, i mean not ever ball hits every target anyway but still...
