Just gonna try and spawn him with a T15 as soon/much as possible then if no strats work. Problem is, when you try to rush maps by killing the boss early on, Elder refuses to spread. Took like 10+ maps for him to decide to start moving from the Strand area.
Just like with Beastcrafting, I wish Elder mechanics weren't so obscure :( |

Have Elder infl area on red maps. Will post my salt today probably...

this is actually becoming rage inducing almost all my red elders are t12, i been farming this over and over again and can't even get my 14th memory fragment, i wish this had a difficulty curve to getting not a roll of a dice.

 Finally! Farming for Mirrors was easier... To reiterate: RNG to move Elder/Shaper (Shaper can take maps even when you clear one of his controlled maps), on top of Elder spawn RNG = most rage inducing thing I've ever done on PoE. " lol... it gets much worse. Then you get to defeat Shaper. Think you're finally done? NOPE... you get to fight Uber Elder! Zana's quest teases completion all the time while keeping it just out of reach. I am wondering if her next quest involves me having to somehow transcend this mortal coil into the digital world to help her fight back Elder's spread for eternity. |
