T14 and t15 memory fragment

Can you try to make the blue circle appear by spreading the elder influence on a T15 map without "complete status". You may have to seal one T15 if you have already complete all of them.

I have encountered the same scenario as you and succeeded to get my last fragment by spreading elder influence on an uncompleted T15 map. However I'm not sure whether it is just coincidence or the real mechanism behind the quest.

I'm just asking someone to test it to tell if I'm right or wrong. I'm not saying that I have the hidden truth or whatever. I'm just telling my personnal experience and wondering if it's just pure luck or not. I'm not here to spread rumor or to troll people. I'm asking someone to verify.

I don't post much on forum but the T15 fragment thing is a big deal. I'm hoping that it is not based on a stupid RNG fiesta.

Elder can spawn everywhere (T14 in this case) and the blue circle that indicates the fragment location does not appear. If he goes full RNG he will have to hope that Elder spawns in T15 to get the blue circle.

I'm asking to seal a T15 map with elder influence to get the blue circle first, hoping to force Elder to spawns there afterwards because of the quest status. Nobody have replied to me after a try so I'm still asking. if I were not in SSF I will give everything you need to test :/
