Sufite changes (MASSIVE nerf): IE why I will never buy another supporter pack again

Nothing really changed, other than more focus on mapping, which IS Path of Exile's end-game, you know. Delve is a LEAGUE, not a core game mechanic. It's not meant to replace mapping at all.

Try to see the bigger picture here.

Ok, the "bigger" picture is Delve is sucking just like Bestiary and should not migrate over to standard come December. The more important "bigger" picture that GGG should be made painfully aware that we are displeased and to do that we should all abstain from any mtx purchases. That's the quickest way to get GGG to take notice and stop doing this shit.

it's more like some guy is handing out free lollipops, you just have to go inside his van with him for an hour before he gives you one every time. i'd rather not have the lollipops at all.

we certainly would be bored of it if we could do it unlimited. we can do maps unlimited and we're bored to death of it. but i wouldn't be bored of delves for a very long time, hell, some ppl are still enjoying maps after years and years.

but it doesn't need to be unlimited, just less limited than it was on release.

Yes, technically the patch did what it was supposed to do.

And technically, amputating a hand when you cut your fingers is going to get rid of the cut.

Pre-Patch i wasnt farming quary either i was chaining t13+ maps. And yet, i get less uptime in delve now than i did before. This is very counterintuitive. And you say "bigger incentive" but there is no alternative now.

Clearly GGG messed up from the beginning and allowed people to delve far to much uninterrupted. It skewed peoples expectations. It also royally skewed the economy. I don't sell squat, and I'm rolling in more currency than I ever have. It's pretty clear to me that GGG will nerf the currency drops pretty heavily when this all goes core.

Yes, you were chaining t13 maps because you probably liked the maps drops. Many people however felt discouraged doing that because they knew that they could farm sulphite a lot more effectively in quarry.

There is. It's just not viable in terms of efficiency.

still at work, had no time yet to try the patch, but i would like to ask for numbers. You are telling one delve at 130 delvelevel nearly costs you half of your sulphur, you can carry. Well without a number this actually says nothing. If you never upgraded your quantity of sulphur, I guess it will even cost more than you carry. But everyone upgrades it and for example I can carry 1250 and i am delving at level 110, does one middle long delve tour costs more than 600 now? Hard to believe.

Also what actually does the mney you spend in the game for your outfit and more has to do with the delve cost? Should supporter pay less than others?
The patch had to come, because running 50 times quarry does not have to be a better way to gain sulphur than running maps tier 1-15. Til now it was, because quarry takes about 10 seconds to get sulphur and start new instance, even the loading time is included.

I am curious how the patch will change it and can´t wait to end my working to go play PoE.
What are the cost for your delve Level130, when it normal lentgh and when it is a long one? Some numbers would help.

I farmed maps because refreshing quarry is mindnumbingly boring. That said, i am not defending quarry as something that should have been so effective.

But that is not the point. My delve uptime has effectively been nerfed, and i am literally not doing anything different than what i did before. But yeah, thank god they nerfed quarry, because now you too can enjoy pre-patch sulphite sustain in maps, only a bit worse.

Oh please, thats arguing for the sake of arguing. Noone in their right mind is getting sulphite outside of maps now.

Probably depends on the exact situation but for me it was/is a straight up buff. Maybe it'S different if you are running delves below your maplevel but i doubt it.
