I get the same Problem i cant even get past Character selection so unable to play.
Amsterdam Eu Normal Ping Londo Eu Ping is ? is it gone This is happening since the patch release |

For me it kinda works better when i use my phones internet.
I get that its out of their hands, but atleast they could close the servers/instances having problems, no? |

Yes. Another map lost. I can't even get through the portal now.

"Failed to load instance" every few maps. Crashed on lab multiple times. Crashed during story playthrough in act X several times.
I tried steam version and standalone. Tried every server i can connect to - still same problem. |

This is so annoying, I lost 3 uber lab keys, and I'm stuck on the second char in SSF on Sarn A3. When it tries to load the Sarn city it displays: Disconnected! Failed to connect to instance!

The devs contacted the Providers and Fitzy_GGG posted that they are investigating at the moment.
There seems to have been an issue last night and now the filtering at the DE-CIX exchange has problems... resulting in us not being able to connect properly. The bois and gurls are on it, we only need to be patient right now. |
