i think any method to avoid " DE-CIX exchange" would work, it is ISP on ISP (and DNS and whatever ) on routing internet traffic

Havent had single problem on moscow server for a couple hours now. While a temporary fix, going from 10 ping to 65, is pretty horrendous.
Having the same issue , cannot seem to connect!

Workaround:

I can confirm that using a VPN can bypass the issue.
I just had the issue not being able to open a normal map using no VPN and the FFM server in Germany.

Switching the VPN to Netherlands (Amsterdam) and still connecting to FFM in Germany then worked and I was able to enter the map normally.

Could you please elaborate? I read in another long thread about this VPN thing and I don't think I understand it. Why would a VPN fix a non-restricted in any way connection with a GGG server? What exactly are we trying to bypass? My ISP does NOT block any TCP/UPD ports and has never blocked them ever, why should I try to trick it? This doesn't make sense to me at all..
Well, we will never be able to tell for sure without analyzing the actual network traffic.
But it seems that the traffic from your connection with your ISP doesn't get routed to some! GGG servers.
A different connection might get routed properly, which is what happens with a VPN, in case of a VPN, another server connects to the GGG server.

This basically confirms that the problem is not the GGG server or your ISP, its the networking / routing of the hosting provider GGG is using for their servers in EU.
NICE ONE ANOTHER DROX GONE....
I tried Moscow server, still crashes but now with higher ping
