The vpn isn't speeding anything up for me. Whether it's on or off, no matter which server I choose, my speed goes from 0 to 15-30kbps to 0.

works great, was able to download my remaining 750MB in about 15 minutes using this.
i'm in central US and was getting avg 40kB/s, only needed to create one account with privatetunnel, tunneled to zurich thanks much OP! |

thanks for the post OP. Went from 3-10kb/s (reminded me of downloading 15 second porn clips on 56k in the 90s) to 2 MB/s through the UK.
Tonight my internet is a wee bit English wouldya say? |

yea cheers op, vpn trick got me up to ~450kb/s which is helping speed things up a bit, downloaded more in the last 20mins than the 2.5hrs before

Uninstalled the program, going to change my passwords. POE is a constantly evolving game, so expect balance changes, buffs and nerfs STILL!
