just curious, why WED on both ROA and ST links?

I didnt understand it either, but I imagine since he runs hatred and wrath with 40% Increased elemental damage, the 50% more on the hatred base alone would be alot. making the hatred similar to 60% phy instead of 40%. But its also 50% more after the 40% increase.

Anyway my question is it going to be more effective to run ROA instead of split arrow with a slow high physical bow like


I imagine point blank and conc effect make it scale a lot better and won't be as detrimented by the attack speed as split arrow would.

Does fine unless your group uses Ele Weakness and Critical Weakness at the same time.
