I understand the frustration of customers, after all I am one. :) However, when people choose to rudely express it (key word being rude), I say let them simmer in their discomfort.

Well, they actually said Friday New Zeland time and Thursday U.S. time. It still is Thursday in some areas of the U.S. (11:10 where I live), and it still of course is the correct time on their end.

Are you upset they cut it close by your standards or something?
