Hi im leveling this build, seems very cool. I wonder how you get enough int to use the weapon? Recuirement for the supreme truth is 136 int but in your build you only get 80 int and on the gear you posted you have some int but still not 136 total.

Hello, from gear I have 50 int and from passives 110 total counting starting int, requirement for the supreme truth should not be hard to achieve. You can spec some int nodes in the meantime until you can get some gear with int.

Did some testing wrt to IIQ RF snapshooting.

Results:
- IIQ from gem snapshoots with RF
- IIQ from gear does not snapshoot with RF

I haven't tested IIR but with these results I assume IIR behaves in the same way as IIQ. This means you cannot swap IIQ/IIR gear after casting RF but you can link RF to IIQ/IIR gems.

Hey there, my personal opinion is RF will not be changed in any way however the new tree can impact the build.

A great addition to the build will be corrupted gems which can charge up while RFing and be used when needed, this build doesn't really use another skill that would have to be replaced by the corrupted skill.

After some more theory crafting I came up with the following build for the HC character instead of the previous one.

Infiernal HC low life RF

Highlights:
54% block
204% increased maximum Energy Shield
21% increased Effect of Buffs on You
20% chance to Shock
26% reduced Mana Reserved
62% increased effect of Auras you Cast
+68% Energy Shield

Auras (cast 3x60% auras with blood magic item, level 20 reduced mana):
Purity of ice
Purity of fire
Purity of lightning
Vitality
Discipline
Hatred
Wrath
Tempest shield

Attacks:
Flicker strike/splash/cast curse on hit/ele weakness. For approaching packs, procs EE due to hatred and wrath auras, shocks and curses on hit. This will also be the gap closer for pvp.

Lightning strike/multistrike/life leech/elemental proliferation/added lightning damage. For life leech, proc EE and shock.

RF: For what I expect will be insane added damage on cursed and shocked enemies after flicker/lightning strike

Can't wait till tomorrow! :)

On a sidenote I will be redoing the life RF build on Invasion to see how feasible it is to build from the ground up. I will starting as Scion with 2h groundslam..hype! :)

Of course this can change due to tree changes but I don't expect anything radical.

Seems to be nice but it will not be a cheap build since u'll need a shavronne.

Hello, yes this one isn't cheap. Besides Shavronne's it needs soultaker and crown of eyes. I got Shavs and soultaker from previous HC chars, only need to get a coe :)

Got the 1.1 offline tree, it brings some differences to this build, both good and bad. More regen, armour and maximum resists, less life. Also it seems starting as marauder will be better. Will post builds after the online tree is released in case the one I got is not accurate...a few more minutes! :)

Updated RF calculator, before buffs and POF it takes into account a maximum fire resistance of 87%. 75% from player, +4% from passive tree, + 8% from rise of the phoenix

Sustaining RF got a lot easier due to max resistances and more life regeneration, it's a little bit early to say which way is the best to go and optimze passives.

So far I'll go with this build, which will be around level 65: 80 points RF build

Let's see how this goes in Invasion :)
