Very sorry you feel this way. Nemesis league is the first league I've ever played in where I haven't had anything above a GCP drop for me. No divine, exhalt, eternal etc. Zip! Nothing! Nada!
I'll take it on the chin and hope that the next league my luck is on the up. Either way, its not something that I would complain about... I simply rue my luck this time round.
I appreciate some people don't like the rarity of certain orbs but to stop playing because of it... :(
Edit: btw, I have wayyyyyyyy more hours logged on Nemesis judging by your character levels :@

Keeping people baited to the concept is part of the (a)llure of the game. Even if he did make 7 chars of semi-high level and had a bad gaming experience GGG could debunk it with an easy statement like that :). And only they can see if he had in fact had those chars and deleted them.
Edit : i wonder how common it is to have the nemesis mod challenge with 1 char to lvl 61 for example?... it took me around 5/6 characters with a combined level of around 200 i think to get that challenge.

And very very many unic items is this game is fail from vendor, so finaly conclusions:
1. Very bad drop rate good orbs - unbalancing.
2. Very many fail (sell to vendor) unic items drop and suports add more fail unic items.
3. Very bad idea - drop 1-50 lvl unic items to 60-80lvl Charcters (player 60-80lvl)
4. Very bad work stuff and admins GG, I create 3 times Bug report and use email stuff - so dont fix and dont help this fails situations in this game.
I dont play this game now because - this very fail moments and suport ignore this.
Normally I would resist commenting on a post like this, but for some reason this one just got to me. I checked your account, you have one character that is level 62, in Standard (I can only assume it's a dead Nemesis character since it has 1 total death). The other characters are level 1, level 4, and level 34.
Yet you're complaining on here about how the drops rates are bad, and how you've leveled "6-7 characters to 60 or higher without finding an Exalted Orb".
Constructive criticism is one thing. Telling flagrant lies on the forum to fit a false narrative is something else entirely.
Our support staff works tremendously hard, around the clock, to ensure that every player gets their concern answered. I sincerely doubt that you've been ignored by support in the three instances you claim you wrote to them.
Whatever personal issues you may have with the game aside, I think you have a hard time with the truth.

As far as I concur with some of the concerns he (badly) brought up, I think his was a very deliberate attack that could have been handled better by ignoring it.
I understand the frustration of those who have to read these kind of posts every single day, but being the devs they have kind of the responsability of being the ones who take the high road.
Responding so harshly to a kid that clearly can barely speak English is not very chivalrous.
