The chance to Vaal +1% maximum resists on an amulet is less than 1/300.
You know even with a top tier end computer the game is still going to lag because of it's poor optimization I'm just letting you know that.

Anyone playing with great performance on a cheap laptop?
@I_NO, yes occasional stutters are expected.

laptops do not have very good performance/money ratio for games.

You're trying to fit a square peg into a round hole.

A budget laptop that can run PoE without dropping frames? That doesn't exist because PoE is extremely poorly optimized. My certainly-not-budget laptop I bought in April can run Skyrim on modded ultra-ridiculous-high settings (over-max view distances, etc.) without ever dropping out of max frames per second. Get into a fracture sea witch map on PoE? Five FPS.

For the record, this machine has a Intel i7-4810MQ Processor and a GeForce GTX880M video card, among other certainly-not-budget specs.

Basically, what I'm saying is that money can't buy a laptop that runs PoE smoothly under all conditions. It doesn't exist. So there's certainly no way to do it while trying to save cash.

I would agree with this , to a point. I have a super lap top to and it dose not run PoE well , even my desktop has small problems with more than 1 rainbow in a party, and it's a fucking monster .

Could it be done ? probley if you overclocked the fuck out of evreything and really new what you wher doing with a partitioned area to run POE . Would be very hard however. More so dew to the actual game itself and less with your hardware.

Soon star citizen and unreal turnament will come out and melt all our computers anyways. So probley in the next year we will see a great deal of new hardware to pick up the slack for the AAA computer only games. probley will make running POE much eayser at that time when new hardware comes out ( or not hard to tell with the way this game acts sometimes )
