You will get gems for free from many quests, and every city "wand" vendor got second tab filled with many extra gems ( for very cheap sell ) after you do quest for him. Next city ( act ) gives another extra gem pack.

You can get it form "A Fixture of Fate" quest in Act 3 Normal but Shadow class ONLY.

Or buy from Clarissa act 3 normal after "A Fixture of Fate" quest but as Witch, Shadow, Ranger and Scion ONLY.

Guys, is it better to just use 2 rare wands with increase projectile speed mod instead of using faster projectile gem? With 2 good wands it could rise up to 80% increase projectile speed and save you 1 gem slot. I did it because my Marauder cannot find any more dex on tree or gear at lvl 18 faster projectile, since I'm getting MF stat involved. Besdie the benefit is really really huge, now I can use both Empower and Iron will to get a huge ton of dps.

totemic zeal does not effect flame totem for damage, only spell totem. so u prolly want to update that, I don't think its worth putting points into just for the faster placement speed.

It is all explained in the video mate.

It is +- on par with extremly well rolled yellow gem. Better check gems on poe xyz, i have it myself. It's great but not at the point it cannont be matched.

Can you please link your weapon/gear and the link with the gems ?
