A few things:
1.) people should be using herald of thunder not herald of ice. OP is outdated.
2.) herald of thunder is an aura that adds lightning damage to attacks and spells. For this build it will add lightning damage to incinerate.
3.) Since it's an aura it is affected by the reduced mana gem.
