Attack skills that have their damage based on the wielded weapon have their mana costs fixed in place from level 1 onwards, so like cyclone. Why doesen't he benefits from higher damage from cyclone?

Why do people still think this? Its a fixed 12 mana cost now ever since 2.1.0.

Because you have no physical damage, so there's no point to leveling it up. You gain like 100 dps by leveling probably lol

There's also no point in not leveling it up. you can sell the gem when it hits 20 and put in a new one.

I need a good deal of advice for this build. Some starter questions are:

Is this worth pursuing if I don’t think I will get a 6L Voll’s? Assuming a 5L Voll’s is much better than 6L of something else.

Can someone provide me a roughly prioritized list of 20% quality gems to get? Figure I may as well start out on the right track at level 1.

I have a blank Vagan dagger (Royal Skean), what’s the proper way to craft it? Is there a more budget variant if this isn’t the ideal weapon to spend a ton crafting on?

Seems like general consensus at this point is CI is better than Hybrid, are there any specific leveling suggestions for this beyond pick up CI after ~5k ES.

I've been away from Fakener like 3 or 4 days, a cause of Voltaxic LA, but this is how it was:

8135ES (lv19discipline - no % ES on rings)
90,64% cyc crit (+9% from assasin mark ~100% crit with 7 pcharges)
89,25% spell crit (+9% from assasin mark ~100% crit with 7 pcharges)
320% spell crit multi (i dont have any crit multi jewel)
30500

Never needed Clarity, 1 jewel with +2mana on hit, warlord when i didnt have volls. Also never needed Purities. Did Atziri at 78 with 6k ES and no purity.

I am doing this build from scratch, not sure how resists will look with this gear but probably not too shabby.

Would it be possible to replace the one mana cost ring with a jewel so i can use a decent resist ring instead.

My main worry is your lack of Chaos resist. Unless you are going for CI, the hybrid ES/Life build fears Chaos damage the most. A lot of enemies have chaos damage without being very obvious.

That's true i suppose, no matter what you will not reach a positive amount of chaos resist without gimping your gear completely or as you said going CI.

I don't need to respec to ci, to know how that will plan out though.

Hello people, I'm fairly new to the game so any help would be greatly appreciated.
I have trouble on maps +73, I think I'm doing ok dmg vise, Discharge dmg on 6 power charges 15k but I cant quite survive, tried out using grace but didn't help at all(grace gives me around 2.5k evasion)
What changes should I make for a better experience? Like 6L voll's or some changes in my jewellery anything at all?






So far I really enjoy the game and the community seems really cool and helpful but I'm kinda stuck on this build :3
