" Yep I thought about that too. But I haven't taken EE yet on the tree so figured it was okay for a bit. I'm really struggling with the lightning damage life leech though- to buy or craft a dagger better than what I have is really expensive and I have only a few c, and no ex at all. Doryanis would be first choice, but again, need at least 1 ex to get. There are some random ammies out there that might work, but they are all corrupted and usually don't have great stats. |

@saxisa For starters you don't have a Topaz Flask for Ele Reflect packs, if you're using EE using herald of thunder will break it so thats another big no no, physical life leech will do practically nothing for you since 1 20th of your damage you are actually doing is physical, all your damage comes from discharges (lightning damage).
People really need to read Mathils guide more carefully before committing to the build. HE DID NOT LEVEL WITH IT. You are missing so many crucial parts of the build. Vaal Pact with Life Leech Gem or Lightning Leech makes it apply instantly so everytime you discharge you heal for a substantial amount and makes you pretty much unkillable to reflect, especially if you have a topaz flask. Also another thing to note is that unless you're planning on killing atziri, replace the guides Ruby Flask (Fire Resistance) with a Granite flask to help out with the big hitting melee monsters etc. Последняя редакция: Perrydtf#3622. I did say I have NOT taken EE yet, so herald of thunder will not break it. Also, I know I need lightning life leech- that's what I said. It's not cheap to get man. And I DO have vall pact. Bottom line- I have read his guide. And need lightning life leech but it's tough to get if you are poor. Work in progress. |

Lv.86 4950 HP Res capped 90% accuracy 52% charge-less crit 75ish-80% crit with 6 charges 152 int (barely enough to run lv 20 int gems that have 151 req) 242 str 263 dex My dagger is pretty terrible and I have a 6s voll's sitting in stash that just won't 6l. All that aside, I'm still going to attempt atziri soon. Ditching Saffel's really gave me a huge boost to HP and damage, I mean huge. 1 discharge just deletes exiles and rares. @Gensou I read some where that the bonus resist Saffells gives is like a 25 percent dmg reduction to elemental damage, meaning atziri is really going to hurt, wouldn't mind you posting back after you've tried it, interested to see how you go without the shield. I pondered for a long time dropping it and buying a Rathpith Globe but changed my mind when I read about the huge dmg reduction having that extra max resist gives.

Don't come in here complaining about the spec if you aren't even following it or complain about the responses given when you're asking for critique, TLDR; You have no proper leech like the guide suggests (not even the alternate of a life leech gem) You're trying to level as a spec that wasn't really intended to be leveled as, no CoC build is as it requires higher levels of crit You have the wrong flasks, not even a granite/jade or topaz when you're saying damage is a problem for you Последняя редакция: Perrydtf#3622. Single target high HP bosses are still giving me trouble with this build since we can no longer "lockon" to a target anymore, any ideas how to combat this?

" why cant you lock on? and you can use double strike works fine. its important to realize this is not a cyclone/discharge build but rather it is a critical strike dagger build with a bit of elemental damage. you can use a lot of different things that will still work with this build. |

" At the time of posting this I was not aware of the change to how fast cyclone hits, so after some playing I found this build with Berserking and different starting nodes to be closer to my original dps. Still only at about 4200 life without barbarism though.

I tried another build for a bit, ST CoC/EE/block/EB/MoM, but the damage just isn't there no matter how I rework passives/gear/gems. I'm coming back to this build now. I got a vagan dagger now and a bunch of extra crit gear from ST build, so I'm going to see if I can rework my gear to include more life/dps. Maligaro's is a nice fantasy but I just don't see it working out for life/res. Still really need a voll's devotion to kick the build into super saiyan or whatever that dbz shit was. |
