2.3 Fakener (budget fake Mjölner) build - Trickster Version

Hey guys, what would be a better investment - a 6L Voll's Protector, or a Voll's Devotion? PRices are about the same in Torment at the moment.

What is an appropriate level to transition from Static Strike to cyclone + discharge ? I have Mightflay ready but I don't think I can handle blood magic with cyclone yet, I'm on the right part of the tree at lvl 30.

I wouldn't switch before lvl 60ish.

So is the 5L with discharge and ice nova the updated version?

Soul Taker has really low crit, i don't think you can even condiser using it.
And mathil is playing with a 5L using Discharge - CoC - Cyclone - BM - Life Leach not Ice nova.

Need some advice, playing in standard rolling some daggers.
( most people aren't selling anything or I find that they ask too much for crappy stats )

Should I master craft some crit multi ( 27% ) in there or better go for Accuracy ( 150 )
( i'm at 82% chance to hit at the moment, planning to change some rings and maybe go up to 84% )

Also would it be better to roll a T1 attack speed ambusher and then master craft crit chance ( 27% ) ?

Hey guys i was just curious if this build can take out atziri with few problems?

Started this build a few weeks back, and after falling in love with it, I want to try to take my character to the next level. I'd appreciate very much if you could take a look at where my character is at right now, and give your thoughts regarding my questions bellow.

Current level: 91
Passives: Current tree
Gear: Offense & Defense panels:
Questions:

· The Elephant in the room?
My dagger and amulet have Lightning damage on them. So any shift to EE would require me to change those two. That shouldn't be a problem currency-wise, but can you tell just how big of an improvement EE is?

· Should I get Atziri's Acuity + Ring with Att.Speed/Accuracy/Life + the Precision cluster?
Reasoning: Acuity would be an upgrade from 40% (Vaal Pact) to 60% leech effectiveness, and I'd get 2 Passive points back. Getting 7% Att.Speed on one ring (along with Accuracy and Life) + the Precision cluster would compensate for the 16% attack speed and Accuracy that I would lose from swapping out my current gloves.

· The Profane Chemistry cluster?
Reasoning: I've taken it for added survivability. I'd like to get above 4.5k HP (at 4.4k atm), so the 15% life helps, although I can get 20% from the Unrelenting cluster for the same amount of points, but I swung in favor of Profane Chemistry due to 60% Life Recovery from life flasks. Could I spend the 4 passive points from Profane Chemistry better elsewhere?

· Get Voll's Devotion?
Reasoning: I'd like to keep my Crit chance above 70% and Accuracy above 88%, and with VD I drop bellow that. Am I needlessly fixated on these numbers? Would the added tankyness of Voll's Devotion be better, and even perhaps allow me to spec out of Profane Chemistry?

· Any additional critique and thoughts?
Basically anything that you can add, question and attack any dubious decisions that I might have taken, etc.

Started this build a couple of days ago, and have to say that it's been an absolute blast to play. Currently i'm experimenting with dual wielding coc daggers, really fun! :D

As far as I understand cyclone, it hits twice in an attack.
If you have 1 weapon, it hits two times, if you have two weapons, each hit 1 time.
Critical strike is just determined by the attack.

So, I don't see much benefit in that, besides the spelldmg and eventually spellcrit bonus from a second weapon.(Plus dualwield bonus ofc)

Or did I get something wrong?

So, you only deal lightning damage basically since you have no Volls Devotion providing ECs for Discharge. I think it is best for you to stay without EE.

I play this build on an old laptop myself but since it cannot run the game all smooth, I die sometimes which sucks. Will give the build a more serious try when I get my better hardware. Feels much more squishy than Mjolner though, but I love the recharging flasks!
