Mine is the same as Mathil in Torment league: Cyclone COC Discharge BM LL

Only issue I have is hit chance (82%), so I'm going to get a Vagan dagger and craft a good one.

Im at about 1975 accuracy rating atm and it feels pretty good. Enfeeble maps are kind of annoying.

Does the Vagan mod also work for the crit secondary accuracy rating check? I assume, no.

Actually, it does! :D

Note that accuracy and evasion statistics are ignored, hence a hit that is rolled critical will not be checked to determine if the critical is evaded or not

And it's pretty good. I'm hitting and critting a lot more against bosses.

Vagan mod is OP on daggers. :P

Finally picked up Amplify after hitting lvl20 discharge and trading it for a Q20 for that AoE. I am loving it. It's actually a QoL thing I should've grabbed a while ago. It makes cyclone's area a lot bigger and it makes ass marks area bigger.

Well calculating damage of discharge is little tricky, easiest way is to get to max charges somewhere and then check the tooltip of discharge
