Hatred is a must have because when you crit you freeze basically everything except map bosses. This makes it very strong defensively. can someone explain why isn't mathil running pcoc in this crit phys st setup? sure herald of thunder+ass mark can keep your charges up in maps but pcoc is a lot more stable and i assume pcoc should be a lot better than phys proj att dmg when you're running atziri, right?
