no hes not hes states what has been said why there is desync to prohibit cheaters and hackers run rampant (with more fancy words used and alot of dancing around but the quintessence of what was released why there is this desyncing was that it is to keep certain hacks and/or dupes at bay)

Desync can't prevent ALL possible "hax".
Desync exist because of the client-server communication model (oh god, do i really need to explain all of it... go read the manifesto please) and because GGG decided to use "don't completely trust the client" mechanics.

Sadly, GGG (and "their desync") can't fully prevent "direct memory modifications" which are perfomed on the player's PC.
And that's one of the reasons they put "process listener" into client.exe - to be able to (at least) see if you have CheatEngine (and\or similar programs) running while you're playing PoE.

So yeah, client is "secured" by GGG as much as possible (players can't modify monster's HP, drop rates, etc).
Pure "client-side" hacks (memory hax) can be called "QoL" by people to justify themselves, but it's still cheating, and should be punished.
Remember, suffering is convenient.
That is why many people prefer it.
Happiness requires effort.

These mods or hacks or addons are almost the same as shit already post in this forum (logout script item info etc)

Should just allow it/build it into the client (if you don't want to use it fine don't no one stopping you)


Since GGG have not said it isn't allow im going to go head and say it is ok for now
And what if we do have cheatengine running in the background? that means nothing if you don't know what we used/are going to use it for

Seeing info about max mods on items and stuff from the info script is almost the same thing as this is it not? it can tell what max mods are on items (why people are not bitching about this no idea)

Im sure the other shop indexers or whatever the hell they are are the same thing

At the end 99% of players would never bother installing such kind of software if poe was implementing some of the very needed improvement.
1) Loot filter
2) Improve the lag fest or allow to reduce particle effects

If you're not racing, nobody would care to loose 3s to look for a last mob, or to know what box there is or what exile or whatever.

I'm not using it, but man, sometimes a simple loot filter looks really really tempting...

I shorten my play time far more because of the impossibility to play correctly in groups or because browsing the loot tires me than because i've done everything possible with current content (I could do new builds for a few more years before getting there...).
QoL improvements beats act 4 by a large margin for me.

How hard can it be to just enter somewhere the white/blue bases that you don't wanna see?

Shouldn't be hard at all. Show uniques, show RGB 3S, show 6s/l, show currency, show rares. Everything else can fuck off unless I'm doing high level maps.

The part about the fragments is not true if you play HC temp leagues. Right now on bloodlines non midnights sell 3 for 1 chaos, and midnights are 3c each, making a whole set worth 4c. At those prices farming Dom even with 0 IIQ/IIR is more profitable.

PoE Reddit low means PoE is gaining more populations like how declined in steam chart means PoE is obviously having more and more players.

At least thats what those guys said on this forum.
The real hardcore PoE players and the elites sit in town and zoning in and out of their hideouts trading items. Noobs that don't know how to play PoE correctly, kill monsters for items. It's pure fact, it will never change.
