Point Blank + Kinetic Blast

Would Point Blank work with Kinetic Blast? Would projectile damage work with Kinetic Blast in general? I don't know whether if the explosions count as projectile or AoE damage.

Kinetic Blast is both projectile and AoE, similar to Rain of Arrows, so Point Blank does work. It either calculates the distance between each monster struck and your character or the center of each small explosion and your character, which would be roughly the same as explosions are fairly small. For RoA it's the former, but that skill has only one big AoE and the latter would probably be easier to code.
