No quest reward killin Kraityn

So i killed Alira and got a passive skill point but when killing Kraityn this happens:

I kill him and return to camp.
First i go sell some stuff to Greust.
Then i go to Eramir and i get the speach "you have done what none of us could..."
Poff... the server kicks me out and i end up at login screen.
Logging in and start game...
Quest complete, no reward, no passive skillpoint.

One skillpoint less kind of destroys the char.
Can i get this reward skillpoint some way?

This is on normal first time doing this quest.

Killing all bandits gives a skill point, not just killing one of them.

Well i got a passive skillpoint in reward at about this time i killed Alira, maybee this was from the spider quest then?
Maybee i got things mixed up.

I thought you got 1 skillpoint for 1 bandit, ie 3 for them all.
Its first time doing this game quests.

You get nothing until you complete dealing with all three bandits.

If you side with one of them, you get their reward, or if you kill all 3, you get a passive skill point.

You get 1 skillpoint for killing ALL the bandits. On normal you get +40 max life for killing everyone but Oak, +40 mana for everyone but Alira and +8 res to all for everyone but Kraitlyn.

So i must have got it mixed up with the spider quest then.
You get a skillpoint for this quest, i assume then.

Otherwise i must have really been really konfused, im quite shure it wasnt from lvling up.
If the revard is a skillpoint for the spider quest, someone can close this thread.
If not..
Maybee i got a skillpont extra... that would be something...
